SIXT Australia is seeking a **Part Time People Communications Specialist** to join the team.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Create and deliver the SIXT Australia annual communication plan in consultation with the Managing Director and SIX Australia Leadership Team
- Create and deliver strategic employee communication campaigns for key business projects
- Support the business with tactical communications requirements where necessary and provide advice and recommendations on communication activities.
- Manage the Communications budget.
- Source, write and edit corporate communications content for the SIXT Australia business internally including: news articles, key messages, manager toolkits, briefings, scripts, FAQs, videos, posters,
- Manage all internal communication channels for Australia, e.g. intranet, leadership communications, town halls, enterprise social media, newsletter
- Manage leadership communication and provide leadership counsel: particularly for CEO and Executive Management Team.
- Seek opportunities to position and promote SIXT Australia to the wider NRMA Group through group internal channels
- Work with the NRMA communications team to ensure Group news is appropriately communicated to the wider SIXT Australia network
- Regularly evaluate and measure SIXT Australia’s internal and external communication activity and impact.
- Seek opportunities to build the capabilities of the business to communicate more effectively.

**You'll have**:

- Communications Degree or equivalent education/experience
- Previous experience in a similar role/willingness to learn
- A good track record in end-to-end campaign planning and management in communication environment
- Proven experience in the development and execution of communication strategies
- Advanced interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Professional proof reading skills
- Intranet content management
- Creativity
- Capacity to work effectively in a remote arrangement
