We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as Face-to-Face Fundraisers, raising funds on behalf of RSPCA Victoria. This is your chance to make a real difference for animals, inspire the public, and grow with a team that values integrity and collaboration. You’ll engage communities to raise awareness and secure ongoing donations on behalf of RSPCA Victoria, a trusted charity dedicated to preventing cruelty to animals and promoting their welfare.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with the public in various locations to share RSPCA Victoria’s mission and impact.
- Build relationships with potential donors, inspiring ongoing support for animal welfare.
- Communicate with transparency, passion, and accuracy, reflecting our ethical fundraising commitment.
- Uphold fundraising regulations and ethical standards.
- Contribute to our fun, collaborative team culture.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and ethical fundraising.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn and grow.
- Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to our tight-knit group.
- Previous fundraising or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential—we’ll provide the training you need.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Fundraising: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
