**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administration Assistant to join our NSW Cable Services division in a full-time role based at Thornton. As the first point of contact for Ampcontrol customers and suppliers, it is expected that you consistently have a high standard of professionalism and customer service.

This role necessitates a high standard of personal demeanour, attention to detail, exceptional time management, professional communication standards and initiative.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

On a day-to-day basis, you will be dealing with a wide range of people and must have the capacity to demonstrate tolerance, patience and understand the importance of accuracy.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Production/Administration Assistant
- Certificate II, III or IV in Business Administration or similar
- Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- High level of administrative and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Greeting visitors and guests as well as providing general administrative support to internal and external customers of the business
- Customer service experience
- Punctual and reliable
- Experience with business software and data entry (desirable)
