About the opportunity
As the MyChoice Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our MyChoice Studio teams across all regions. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, this position offers a unique chance to make a real impact in a dynamic and design driven environment. 

• This is a full time position working Tuesday to Saturday – 38 hours per week 

• Provide administrative support to your MyChoice Studio teams across all regions

• Produce policies, procedures and MyChoice collateral within a timely matter

• Complete data entry, filing and other general administrative tasks associated with the role

• Collaborate and coordinate work with colleagues from different disciplines, fostering a spirit of teamwork and shared success. 

• Delivering prompt and reliable administrative support, ensuring our teams can focus on what they do best.

About you
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MJH and NXT Group along with:

• Ability to work Tuesday -Saturday roster. 

• Previous experience in the residential building industry and/or a background in Interior Design - highly regarded.

• Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person

• The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with impressive accuracy

• A professional, calm, and friendly manner, even when things get busy.

• A genuine interest in data entry and administration, paired with the ability to carry out repetitive tasks with care and consistency.
