About the opportunity:
Join our conveyancing team as an administrator and assist with day to day general admin tasks such as data management and client support etc.
•Making and responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner
•Distribute forms, ensuring all information is accurately captured and securely stored
•Create and manage client files in accordance with procedures
•Prepare and collate required documentation – checking for accuracy and completeness
•Maintain confidentiality handling sensitive information with discretion
•Provide general and ad hoc administrative support to the conveyancing team
About you:
•Previous experience in administrative or customer service role
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail
•Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy work environment
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
