**Talent International** is currently recruiting for a **Policy and Project Officer** to work for a **NSW Government** based in **Parramatta, NSW.** The position is a **6-month contract role with the possibility of being extended.** This role is paying between **$55-70 per hour + Super**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake research and analysis, reviewing alternatives in relation to policy and project deliverables, to inform decision making
- Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of discussion papers, briefs, and submissions, to contribute to the development and delivery of policy and project initiatives
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committee meetings, and stakeholder consultations to support engagement as well as policy and project development and implementation
- Undertake research and collate information for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to contribute to the achievement of policy and project outcomes

**Essential Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role
- NSW Government sector experience preferred
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19
- Must be available immediately to interview and to commence
