**What do I need?**
- A passion for delivering outstanding client service and building trusted relationships
- Experience in banking, finance, or wealth management environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive mindset
- Confidence working with lending and consumer banking products
- RG146 Tier 2 compliance
- **Mandarin language skills are highly desirable to support our diverse client base
