- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Australian market.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, and strategic partnerships.
- Qualify and assess client needs to tailor solutions and effectively present our value proposition.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Lead sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Make inbound and outbound calls to acquire new business.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and enhance overall sales performance.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success in a senior sales or account management role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo/Odoo).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Located in Australia with the ability to work remotely.
