A little bit about the team and the role
When you join the Developer team, you join a cross-functional group of high-achievers representing product, IT, sales and marketing, supported by PR, communications, HR, finance, legal - all the people you need to provide exceptional products and services to Australia’s property developer community.
What the role is all about:
Reporting into the Senior Account Partner and the Sales Manager, the Account Executive supports the Developer Sales team in the following ways:
- Assist in training newer members of the team- Be proficient system processes & procedures and keep team across updates /changes- Attend fortnightly Sales Executive stand ups across all states to share any learnings and increase team efficiencies- Support the Sales manager by being proactive in coordinating quarterly ‘Team Building’ exercises as well as intermittent client and inter office events- Weekly meetings with Account Manager’s to discuss support in their week to week objectives- Assist Account Manager’s with high level client conversations in account managers absence- Help maintain existing smaller clients with support from account managers- To be the secondary point for clients and CXP with regards to customer service enquiries- Attend client visits with Account managers in order to learn the sales process- Proactively support Account Managers with including but not limited to contract preparation, building media schedules and sales collateral- Provide regular subscription reporting and end of campaign reports as required.- Provide analysis and data to AMs to support ROI discussions
Who we’re looking for:
- Adapt and thrive in a very fast paced and constantly changing environment- Delivering excellence to all customers is your jam; you’ll be out on the road a lot- Communicate effectively with the ability to build strong relationships- Ability to strategically develop a solid plan, but willing to change it- Have a strong system to juggle lots of things at once without letting tasks slide- Draw on their account management and/or sales experience- Demonstrate having achieved sales targets consistently- Use CRM systems (Salesforce a bonus)- Work autonomously- Real estate and/or digital experience are nice to have but not a must- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within territory (although some meetings can be digital)
