Product Trainer

**How you will make a difference...**

As a Product Trainer you will be working within a small technical team, providing and developing key learning and certification programs in support of the No-Code development toolset - AppBuilder.

AppBuilder allows you to expand your TechnologyOne ERP, by creating and developing apps to consolidate business specific needs inside the TechnologyOne ecosystem.

Your core responsibility will be developing engaging technical and easily consumable content for both internal and external stakeholder, learning requirements.

**What you will be doing...**
- Working closely with Product teams through the development lifecycle to design effective learning programs and engaging learning collateral for our AppBuilder No-Code toolset.
- Developing and publishing learning resources using appropriate and varied media such as video, imagery, infographics, animations, e-Learning, presentation slides, guides, and workbooks
- Developing learning content designed to attest to an individual's capability and skill
- Building practical activities, interactive quizzes, and assessments to ensure learning programs are achieving the stated outcomes
- Engage with learners to promote, support, analyse and improve the effectiveness of learning programs and collateral
- Stay abreast of best practice, emerging trends, and new innovations to continually improve processes, standards, guidelines, and outputs
- Proactively engaging across the Product team to enhance the product and develop product specific training
- Working with T1College to schedule, support and facilitate periodical Face-to-Face training

**Your talents**
- Demonstrated ability to identify software learning outcomes for learners with varying skill levels, and develop course curriculum, units, and assessment to deliver those outcomes
- Consult with AppBuilder development team to created content for learning objectives
- Facilitate content and quality assurance reviews, including user feedback and implementing revisions
- Conceptualising and visualising instructionally sound, interactive, and engaging course components and curriculum
- Identifying knowledge gaps through engagement with internal and external stakeholderKnowledge of learning systems, methodologies, practices, and tools.
- Willingness and commitment to learn and adopt various technologies to enhance the teaching and learning experience and to directly support users in their use
