**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an experienced **Administrator/Coordinator Inventory Solution Support **to join our team based in **Carole Park, QLD**.

The primary purpose of the role, is to support the Inventory Solutions team with administration & system support, data entry and maintenance using our asset management software, including D365 platform and other 3rd party software solutions as needed.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Department & Customer Report Creation & distribution
- Process monthly invoices & distribute to customers
- Process customised consolidated invoices
- Maintain records in asset management database
- Maintain customer purchase order records for invoicing

To be successful, you will have:

- Consistent accurate entry of data into business systems
- Completion of monthly scheduled tasks by specified deadlines
- Successful prioritising & scheduling conflicting tasks to meet business needs
- Microsoft office & Excel skills (must)
