The Opportunity:

Join CSR as an Inventory Coordinator and help shape smarter, smoother operations at our Wetherill Park site.

In this dynamic role, you'll take ownership of inventory processes, drive efficiency, and collaborate across teams to deliver real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead inventory control with precision-cycle counts, stock accuracy, and adjustments
  • Manage inbound stock flow and purchase orders to keep operations running smoothly
  • Ensure timber pallet/glut supply meets demand and resolve constraints proactively
  • Investigate inventory issues and implement corrective actions for lasting improvements
  • Deliver IRA reporting and uphold compliance with inventory policies
  • Champion process improvements and embed best practices across the business
  • Minimise warehouse damages through proactive monitoring and risk reduction
  • Collaborate with distribution, customer service, and production to resolve issues fast
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and foster a culture of compliance

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in inventory coordination, ideally with SAP expertise
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
