Reporting into the Dropship New Business Manager, the Marketplace Coordinator is responsible for handling customer enquiries for our marketplace product range and working back with our third-party sellers to reach resolution and formulate responses to the Myer customer.
- **Full time, 6-month fixed term opportunity**:

- Exciting opportunity to gain exposure in a large retail head office
- Hybrid working model, partly working remotely as well as our support office

**About the role**:

- Retrieve and manage all Myer Experience Centre Inquires (MXC) relating to Myer Market product range through Freshdesk portal
- Investigate customer service requests with Myer Market third party sellers and follow through with timely resolutions back to Myer customers
- Manage Myer Market Customer Service inbox, inquiries from third sellers
- Liaise with Myer Customer Operations team & Myer Market, Channels Specialist for escalation resolution as required
- Escalate product related issues to Channels Specialist to improve product journey for customers
- Action and administer refunds and general administration in the Marketplacer Portal

**About you**:

- 1+ years’ experience in a similar position
- High attention to detail and ability to manage timelines
- Strong verbal and written communication
- The ability to develop relationships with internal and external partners
- Previous experience in customer service related role, preferably in an ecommerce sector, retail, transport or supply chain
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and eCommerce platforms, preferred
