We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Circular Ventures Analyst in Melbourne.

As a Circular Ventures Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Circular Ventures business opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on managing ongoing sales channels and analysis activities. You will contribute to the development and progression of new opportunities in the Circular Ventures space, from ideation to market implementation. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend business acumen with sustainability initiatives, making a tangible impact on our company's future.

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage ongoing sales channels in the Circular Ventures space, maintaining relationships with key customers such as Bega and Goodman Fielder.
- Address supply chain challenges in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support capital projects that enhance the Circular Ventures business.
- Conduct price and contract reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Process invoices in SAP monthly and maintain sales tracker.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, understanding their business drivers and requirements.
- Onboard new customers or partners, including system set-ups.
- Identify and pursue new pipeline opportunities in the Circular Ventures space.
- Stay informed about sustainability and circular economy best practices.
- Collaborate with founders, startups, and venture firms to explore new opportunities.
- Actively contribute to change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the organisation.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- University degree in a Business/Commercial or Engineering related discipline.
- Previous sales experience with a strong initiative to identify new opportunities for the customer and team
- Experience in sustainability or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools particularly expertise in Excel for forecasting and analysing data sourced from various sites to inform budgeting & tracking alongwith some knowledge of SAP.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passion & curiosity for circular economies and sustainability initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proactive mindset towards industry shifts and evolving landscapes.
