**Our client, a global professional services firm, is seeking a talented and ambitious Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to join their team.**

With a focus on collaboration, inclusivity, and leveraging innovation and technology, our client specializes in providing auditing, tax, consulting, and advisory services to clients across various industries. As an M&A Analyst, you will work with clients to provide expert advice and support for a wide range of M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial and strategic analysis to support M&A transactions, including valuation, due diligence, and risk analysis.
- Prepare presentations, financial models, and other materials for client meetings and negotiations.
- Participate in deal negotiations, providing expert advice and support to clients.
- Research and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and finance professionals, to support M&A transactions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in M&A or related field, preferably in a consulting or investment banking environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Familiarity with M&A processes, including due diligence, legal and regulatory requirements, and deal negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are desirable.
