To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Relevant administration/secretarial experience providing high level administration support to a team of multidisciplinary professionals
- Proven customer-service skills and the ability to work effectively and build relationship with a wide variety of stakeholders
- A track record of taking initiative to resolve issues efficiently and professionally and adapt to changing circumstances
- Well-developed organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks, maintain attention to detail and manage a busy workload
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate data and records

Selection Criteria Essential: Relevant administration/secretarial experience in a comparable department
Desirable: Knowledge of Medicare billing
Desirable: Proficient in database management and hospital administration systems (TrakCare, QManager, Scanned Medical Records) or similar
Desirable: Knowledge of medical terminology and work experience in healthcare
