**About the Role**:
Working with International Luxury Brands, customer engagement and providing exceptional customer service, meet & exceed daily sales targets. Opportunities are available at our **Marais Men store.**

**General Responsibilities**:

- Meet & exceed daily sales targets
- Customer engagement & exceptional service
- Opening and closing store
- Cash handling
- Cleanliness of the store
- Secure merchandise by following all security systems' protocol
- Stockroom tidiness and cleanliness
- Assist with picking and packing online order whereby required

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Assist Customers
- Clientele building, driving client repurchase rates & cross sales
- Provide after-sales service to build client rapport

**Skills, Experience & Attributes**:

- Experience in luxury retail, sales & clientele building advantageous
- Commercial awareness of luxury fashion trends
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as well as part of a team
- Immaculate presentation and grooming

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 2 years (required)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
