**Purpose of the Position**

The Style Consultant
- Mens Formalwear plays a key role in support team members, team leaders, floor managers and store managers to support and drive the retail stores sales performance, and as well as maintain a strong repeat client base. Using your previous retail experience specialising in high end men’s formalwear, you are expected to provide customer service of the highest standards.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**

**General**
- Responsible for achieving their individual targets
- Support team members, team leaders, floor managers, store managers and state managers towards achieving the store sales target
- Greeting customers
- Provide assistance, information and advice to walk-in customers
- Build customer rapport and maintain client repurchase rates
- Answer phone queries
- Provide after sales service
- Support the running of daily operations
- Assist with receiving and preparation for sale and display of goods
- Process sales transactions
- Wrapping of goods after finalising sale transaction
- Support loss prevention measures
- Assist in maintaining the general cleanliness and tidiness of the store
- Assist with stock take
- Coach and develop new style consultants and ensure continued employee performance

- Not engage in any unlawful conduct in the course of your employment, while at work premise or when using the Company’s resources
- Comply with all the Company’s policies, as implemented, varied or replaced from time to time

**Experience, Skills and Competencies**

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years Retail Sales experience in luxury men’s fashion retail environment

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong sales experience
- Knowledge of tailoring and men’s suiting
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-39 per week

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
