**Position Descriptions**:
**Administrative Tasks**
- Ensure the understanding of **All Reporting Templates **and **Submit All of the Reports by the Due Date**:

- **Collate** and **input/store information** from State Supports/Store Managers for the purpose of **all reporting **but not limited to**; Business Weekly Review Report**:

- Liaise with each department to create SOP
- Lead Head Office Weekly meeting
- Initiate **proposals to business improvements**:

- Ensure all stores provide correct recording of all client details in **Database**:

- **Store facilities maintenance**:

- Overseeing and/or attendance to all stores’ **Daily Action Plans**:

- Recommending further **operational improvements**:

- Overseeing and/or attendance to **corrective actions** of **further improvements of operational matters** with the approval of Assistant General Manager
- Overseeing and/or attendance to the **recording and submitting of all customer requests in a timely manner**:

- Ensure all stores provide **daily/weekly/monthly store performance report** to Assistant General Manager and Finance Department
- Generate **proposals** for operations and liaise with Marketing team to **execute** private and/or public **events** for marketing purposes and to ensure the business achieve the targeted revenue
- Undertake certain **courses** to **improvise** on **knowledge** and **skills** in the industry
- **Report price discrepancies** between Marais Group and competitors both locally and internationally

**Store Management**
- Ensure proper opening and closing of all stores
- Ensure all stores manage **cash handling** correctly
- Ensure all stores **maintain** store’s **Front of House** and **Back of House** tidiness and cleanliness throughout the day and when store closes
- Ensure all stores enforce **Theft Prevention Strategies**:

- Oversee and/or attendance to **Managing of Floor Staff Allocation** in accordance to operational requirements
- Oversee and/or attendance to manage Stock and Logistic controller to **manage ITOs correctly**:

- Ensure **maintenance** of all **store fittings**:

- Ensure a **Safe Working Environment** in accordance to **Occupational Health & Safety**:

- Oversee and/or attendance to all stores’ **security of merchandise **by following all security systems protocol

**Sales & Client Relationship Management**
- Oversee and/or attendance **to Contribution and Meeting Sales Targets**:

- Oversee and/or attendance to discuss with each State Support/Store Managers for their relevant **Daily/Weekly/Yearly **Store budget
- Oversee and/or attendance to all stores’ **Daily Briefing** and **De-Briefing** of **Revenue Targets** and **Operational Matters**:

- Oversee and/or attendance to **Clientele Building** and **Driving Client re-purchase rates for both in-store and online**:

- **Coach** and **develop State Supports/Store Managers** in relation to **Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”)**:

- Oversee and/or attendance to discuss with each store leaders for floor and money mapping strategy
- **Assist walk-in** and **online** retail customers and VICs
- Oversee and/or attendance to **manage and organise customer requests** in a timely manner
- Oversee and/or attendance to **offer after-sales service** to **build client rapport**:

- Oversee and/or attendance to **authorise** of **returns **in accordance to **company policy**:

- Oversee and/or attendance to **promotional events**:

- Experience in **conflict resolution** with **customers** in a professional manner

**Staff Management**
- Ensure that employees adhere to the **Company Policies** and strategies
- Assist Assistant General Manager in ER and IR matters
- Develop and implement **staffing improvement plans** such as training, performance evaluation, promotions, and resignation
- Recognise and appraise job
- **Reporting** of **State Supports/Store Managers KPIs** to Assistant General Manager in depth for **coaching** and **development** purposes
- Recommend corrective conduct and improvement
- Mediate and reporting conflict among employees
- Contributes to team effort

**Key Requirements**
- Preferred - Tertiary Education of similar qualifications (Bachelor of Management or higher i.e. Masters of Business Administration)
- Preferred - 3 years or more experience in similar role
- Specifically, demonstrates:
