**Company Description**

MJT Group specializes in both strata and commercial cleaning, gardening, and maintenance services. Servicing throughout NSW, ACT, and VIC.
We work with strata managers, building managers, & government organisations. Our portfolio of customers includes various sizes of strata plans, commercial offices, sports facilities, childcare facilities, & aged care centres. We provide monthly quality assessment reports to our clients and ensure all communication is clear and transparent. We take pride in delivering reliable and cost-effective services and building connections based on honesty and integrity.

**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Quality Control Management with a strong background in Strata and Commercial services.
- Experience in driving operational efficiency and overseeing quality control procedures.
- Proven ability to manage and train multiple teams.
- Knowledge of current legal regulations and safety standards related to company services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and develop strategies for improving quality control procedures.
- Certifications in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or equivalent is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and excellence.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
