**Coffey Ford Dandenong is looking for an Pre-Delivery Manager. This position is responsible for the day to day activities of the department in a professional, customer focused; efficient manner.**

**About the role**:

- Manage and oversee the preparation and presentation of new vehicles to dealership staff in preparation for vehicle delivery to our guests.
- Upon vehicle delivery, the vehicle must satisfy dealership and manufacture presentation guidelines that aim to exceed our guests’ expectations.
- Assist with the quality check for cleanliness to ensure all accessories are fitted in the approved manner.
- Complete paperwork accurately and confirm delivery of vehicles
- Ensure vehicles are booked into stock in a timely and accurate manner

- Communicate with all employees within Pre-Delivery and Dealership departments

**Key requirements for this role are as follows**:

- Previous strong track the automotive industry
- Customer service focused
- Strong communication skills and confidence to deal with senior management
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Manual driving license
- You will need to be professionally presented, energetic, enthusiastic to learn and able to communicate well with your team and other departments at Coffey Ford Dandenong
