**About the role**:
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact and contribute to our team's success.
**Your responsibilities will include;**
- Managing personnel in accordance with Zinfra policies, ensuring only personnel with appropriate skills and qualifications are employees/ assigned to carry out required tasks
- Provide guidance to ensure safe and timely technical advice on matters related to fibre optic, coaxial, and data cable installations and removals line with client expectations and legislative requirements.
- Ensuring delivery team captures and reports all relevant data from the field
- Managing and motivate direct reports and indirect reports to ensure all work is delivered to the specified scope, time frame, allocated budget and quality
- Ensuring that resource capability, skills sets and volume are able to service the forecasted work in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensuring adequate management of internal resources, subcontractors and suppliers utilising Zinfra’s processes and procedures
- Ensuring the delivery is programmed efficiently to meet or exceed Zinfra and customer requirements
**About you**:
- Proven ability to drive a safety culture and implement improved safety processes, systems & programs to ensure the effective delivery of work
- Knowledge of Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks and VESI requirements
- Experience in telecommunications or the power industry, with expertise in fibre optic network installation and maintenance
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Demonstrated competency in utilisation of resources and match the capability and capacity of the workforce and physical resources for the delivery of issued work.
- Experience in planning and strategy development
- Proven experience managing field teams
