**Key responsibilities**
- Assist in the implementation of individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide direct care and support to patients under the supervision of registered nurses. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Disability Support Worker or in a similar role in a healthcare setting
- NDIS worker screening check
- Current flu and Covid-19 vaccination
- Current First Aid and CPR certification looked on favourably
- Valid driver's license or reliable transport
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate

Pay: $31.76 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Disability support work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Cert 3 or 4 Individual Support (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
