**Recruitment Officer**

We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Officer to join our team to provide support and assistance across our bulk recruitment campaigns which includes Operational Officer and Mitigation Crew roles. Supporting our busy team, no two days are the same and provide ample opportunity to grow and develop your recruitment skill set. You will get the opportunity to support the recruitment lifecycle across various recruitment projects (Mitigation and OpO), and general recruitment team.

- Full time role & 35 hour working week
- Attractive annual salary $77,020 - $84,332 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation
- Location: Sydney Olympic Park (hybrid working arrangements)
- Ongoing learning and development
- One ‘Agreed Absence’ leave day per calendar month in recognition of the hours worked and professional commitment to the organisation
- Close to public transport and parking

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Have demonstrated experience with face to face and/or virtual bulk recruitment
- Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel and MS Teams
- Be experienced with using HR systems, particularly SAP system and Taleo
- Have an understanding of recruitment practices within the NSW Public Sector
