**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE ROLE?**
- An ability to work with a sense of urgency in a calm and professional manner
- Ability to manage and work through across different priorities
- Stakeholder and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of people
- Exceptional customer service skills

**DESIRABLE**:

- Previous experience using Employment hero and Job Adder
- Previous experience in high volume and health recruitment
