CRM Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven CRM Analyst to join our biggest global clients.
The brands that the CRM Analyst will work with include Ray Bans, Oakley & OPSM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for growth and optimization
- Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards to support business needs
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives
- Provide actionable insights to the business to support decision making and optimize business performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality and processes to ensure accuracy of customer data
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in CRM analytics
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM analytics or related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL and CRM tools
- Experience with SAP HANA/MapR and Unica is preferred
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets
- Proficiency in PowerBI and/or Tableau for data visualization and reporting
- Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in retail or consumer goods industry is a plus
