This is not a technical role, as the platform owners take care of that. Instead, it is almost like a business analyst role for BAU changes and updates to the platform.

You will gather requirements from stakeholders for system enhancements and customisations and take that through to solution creation and implementation.

Daily activities include,
- Working with various internal stakeholders and writing user stories for their requirements.
- Facilitate requirements acceptance with users.
- Mapping business processes.
- Investigate and assist with the implementation of customised solutions.
- Provide training and support to CRM users, including troubleshooting issues and providing best practices.
- CRM data assurance, including integrity, cleansing and reviewing data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that their CRM platform supports business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- A curious approach to eliciting information
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM administration and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven to learn and improve knowledge and skills
- Salesforce Admin certification is highly regarded
