Join a globally-known Australian business looking for a
**CRM Analyst** to promote the use of and assist with the technical deployment of Salesforce CRM improvements.

This is a
**Permanent, Full-Time** opportunity with hybrid working arrangements to give you the flexibility to work from home and the Sydney CBD office.

**As a CRM Analyst, you will**:

- Have knowledge and experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and understand CRM requirements.
- Write user stories and facilitate discussions on requirements.
- Create visual representations of business processes.
- Produce and maintain user documentation.
- Assist with the implementation of technical solutions for the Salesforce CRM.
- Promote and advocate the correct use of our CRM.
- Assist with the maintenance of CRM data, including running checklists, data cleansing and data review.

**We’d love to hear about your previous experience in**:

- Using Salesforce CRM and in-depth knowledge of the reports and dashboard functionalities (must have).
- Drawing meaning from data and delivering insights to stakeholders.
- Analysing, investigating, discussing and problem-solving complex business concepts.
- Utilising MS Excel to perform analysis and automation.
- Managing and influencing multiple stakeholders with conflicting objectives.
- Exceeding team and personal KPIs
- Challenging the status quo to drive continuous improvement for better outcomes

**You will definitely stand out if you have**:

- Financial Services industry experience
- Experience with analytical tools such as Spotfire and Tableau
- Previously worked with CRM systems integrations with customer digital platforms
