Job Title:Analyst, CRM Business & System Design
Job Description:The CRM Analyst will be responsible for CRM process development and improvements for Customer Services.
Salesforce expertise and Cloud services experience are essential.
This role can be based in London or Newcastle, with a hybrid model requiring 3 days in the office per week.
The role involves defining and reviewing global processes implemented in our CRMs to prioritize customer experience.
It acts as a facilitator and solution designer between teams, managing user acceptance testing, business improvements, system enhancements, and measuring results.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Expert: Enhance technology by region, business area, or team.
Business Process Design: Support understanding and implementing global process principles, methodologies.
Business Analyst: Gather requirements, define services and sales needs, ensure Salesforce usage aligns with global standards.
Continuous CRM Improvements: Stay updated on Salesforce releases and functionalities.
Data Analyst: Support business intelligence through data structures and process mapping.
Adoption: Increase user adoption via enablement, communication, and global playbooks.
Project Management: Lead regional projects, support new region rollouts, requirements gathering, and post-go-live support.
