As Data Solutions Manager you will be an integral member of our Data Enterprise Technology - Insights Platform, working with our key business stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver data solutions. You will be a natural communicator, developing relationships with a variety of stakeholders ensuring you are adding value to the platform.
You will work collaboratively with the Platform Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Tribes to plan and deliver product roadmaps, prioritise initiatives into manageable, meaningful missions and objectives to drive high performance. Utilising your strong agile delivery skills you will capture dependencies, coordinate quarterly review sessions, and support financial reporting and budget monitoring.

**What you’ll do**:
- Oversee the delivery across the Insights Platform, balancing time constraints, scope management, risk management and quality adherence.
- Support the Platform level roadmap and individual Squad plans into building a single Platform Plan that links to business outcomes.
- Work with stakeholders to help define features and quality goals.
- Support the backlog of work and populate it progressively with stakeholders.
- Support in the collating, planning and preparedness for quarterly planning including conducting high level estimates and imitative canvases.
- Coordinate and capturing Platform pipeline and dependencies to support Platform Product Owner prioritisation at quarterly planning.
- Support Scrum in work breakdown as part of quarterly planning.
- Provide regular communications on work being delivered and planned.
- Provide support planning on platform health activities to ensure achievement of Platform OKR’s including SLA, (Security vulnerabilities, Adherence to SLA’s, Upgrades).
- Provide support in ensuring service transition completion to the expected guardrails and governance.
- Drive uplift in Managed Service support capabilities for the Insights Platform.
- Act as contact point and support in eliciting requirements and potential impacts of shared technology asset management activities.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Bachelor's or post graduate degree in IT, Business or related field University degree or other professional qualification in computer science or equivalent (desired).
- Minimum 5 years project experience across a diverse range of domains and processes.
- Minimum 5 years working in the Technology and Financial sector.
- Experience in various project management disciplines - PMBOK, Agile etc.
- Experience in building successful business relationships at all levels.
- Ability to plan, organise, prioritise, implement, monitor, and control deliverables, ensuring efficient utilisation of technical and business resources, to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritising and time allocation.
- Ability to understand the data landscape and technical platform architecture.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment, and to make sense of and operate in ambiguity.
- Excellent problem solving and RAID management
- ability to seek out information and break down problems and situations into simple lists of components and assess risk profiles.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) - ability to understand, influence and communicate incident management issues coherently and confidently at all levels.
- People leadership to drive scrum masters in delivery to achieve business outcomes.
- Change management capability - ability to recognise, understand and drive the technical need for change and anticipated impact on the Platform Assets.
- Customer focus - proven commitment to driving a customer focused culture and driving business value outcomes.
- Strong negotiation skills with a constructive and collaborative style.
