We are seeking an experienced
Test Data Manager
based in
Sydney
. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing
test data strategies and frameworks
to support high-quality software testing across multiple projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in stakeholder and program management.
  • Looking for a candidate with 6-8 years in handling data provisioning and masking for projects.
  • Experience in the development of test data automation solutions for provisioning, masking and data refresh
  • Familiarity with test data profiling, data quality assessment, and KPI tracking.
  • Experience in managing test scenarios and requirement gathering processes, as well as estimating and provisioning test data.
  • Able to understand TDM requirements and arrive at estimations/staffing plan
  • Hands-on experience with database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL for enterprise applications.
  • Advanced scripting skills using SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, and JCL are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP, and Endevor.
  • Prior experience with Test Data Management tools like Broadcom CA TDM, Compuware FileAid, and RDX.
