**A bit about the role**:
Immutable is currently looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with our Co-Founder & President, Robbie Ferguson, to help maximise their impact internally and externally - across fundraising, spokesperson duties, key customer relationships, and executive strategy and decision support. This is a rare opportunity to join the leadership team of one of Australia’s fastest-growing scale-ups and have visibility and influence across all the key decisions made at the company.

As the right-hand person of our Co-Founder & President, you will work closely to manage and own key relationships, communications, and fundraising projects for Immutable, as well as enable executive decision making based on strategic inputs and analysis. This role could take you in many different directions and provide you with a pathway to a functional leadership role within a year.

**You will have the opportunity to**:

- Create decks and content used by Robbie in pitching to investors, presenting on panels, and maximise their presence as a company spokesperson. Craft content which can be viewed by millions of people, or some of the biggest investors in the world.
- Work closely with Robbie on every aspect of fundraising, managing key investor relationships, and building the strategy and pitch-decks for future fundraises
- Have direct input on executive team meetings, and create strategy documents and recommendations with company-wide impact
- Interface and maximise relationships with key industry leaders, influencers,
- Own the effectiveness of key executive-level customer relationships, interfacing with internal resources where necessary to help bring the biggest and best games and customers on board Immutable X via Robbie's time
- Recommend, interview and hire key roles
- Act as a sounding board for key strategic decisions, take high-level strategic direction, produce concrete output for the rest of the team (competitive analysis, product strategy initiatives, deal structures etc)

**You might be a fit if**:

- 5+ years of work experience at high-growth consulting, professional services or tech environments
- You are exceptionally organised and process-driven
- You accomplish important complex projects and own them end-to-end no matter what
- You are an exceptional written communicator and a strong verbal communicator
- You are confident at influencing and wrangling executives at any level of seniority
- You are a master deck-maker, and understand how to compellingly understand and craft messaging for any audience
- You have a passion for NFTs, and how they can transform gaming
