**The role**
We are seeking
**Finance Consultants** with experience in finance processes and reporting to join our team.
**You will bring a background that demonstrates**:

- Experience with Financial Statement preparation;
- Experience with finance and operational reporting;
- Financial Technical Analysis;
- Internal and External Budgeting experience;
- Risk management experience;
- Policy, process procedures development;
- Strong interpersonal skills and great team player;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Government consulting experience highly regarded; and
- A Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) or Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) Australia highly desirable

**Security Clearance Requirements**:
This engagement involves working with Synergy clients that has a need for security, privacy and confidentiality. You must therefore be an Australian citizen, you will hold an AGSVA baseline or NV1 clearance or have the
