**Your new role**

Working out of our Inspect Real Estate premises in Milton, this is a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and maintaining the productivity of management and staff. This position requires someone who is not only organized and efficient, but also has a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over their work.

**Responsibilities and duties include**
- Managing and maintaining three medium sized offices.
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, including answering the reception door, taking messages, and managing general office communications.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, as well as organizing and distributing them accordingly.
- Managing office supplies and resources.
- Managing the office and administration budget.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and stock levels of the kitchen and office.
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring that they are clean and ready for visitors.
- Organizing office events, such as themed food days, birthdays, and town hall meetings.
- Maintaining good office morale by helping the Corporate Services team creating a fun environment to work in.
- Managing wellbeing programs.
- Managing vendor and internal client relationships.

**You will be successful if you have**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with visitors, callers, and other stakeholders.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A professional demeanour, including an impeccable phone manner and a well-presented appearance.
- Good customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in general administration and database management.
- A high level of attention to detail, as well as excellent time management skills, since this role involves managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- The ability to work independently and anticipate tasks that may be coming up in the future.
