**The Position**:
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Panel Coordinator to join our Vehicle Processing Centre. The main function of this role is to order, receive, maintain and issue panel items in line with company policies and operate at a level of quality that exceeds customer expectations. This role is suitable for someone who has automotive panel knowledge and can interpret automotive parts.

**What you will do**:

- Responsible for ordering required parts for the workshop
- Quality Assurance/ Control
- Interpreting parts from OEM ordering system
- Ensure that all vehicles are repaired in a timely manner and that pre-allocated vehicles get priority over non
allocated vehicles
- Vehicles are repaired in strict compliance with customer specifications and company procedures
- Carry out prompt and effective follow-up and response to internal and external customer enquiries and concerns
- Manage business relationships with internal/external customers
- Interpreting parts from OEM ordering system
- Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements, to ensure safety to staff, the community and the environment
- Review damages to customers vehicles and liaise with the customer regarding pricing for repairs
- Liaise with Customers and co-ordinate approvals where required
- Booking subcontractors (tyres, windscreens)
- Pricing and raising purchase orders for parts
- Complete all administrative functions for invoicing purposes

**What you will bring**:

- Nationally recognised trade qualifications in spray painting or panel beating
- Proven experience in repairing of automotive vehicles
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Current driver’s licence
