Haylo People are proud to be exclusively partnered with a reputable insurer, expanding the motor claims team in Parramatta.

Our client, a huge Insurance brand, is expanding its motor claims team to accommodate due to ongoing growth. Renowned for its excellent reputation, this company has a compassionate approach toward both customers and employees.

**The Role**
As Motor Claims Consultant your duties will include, but are not be limited to:

- Oversee end-to-end management of motor claims portfolio
- Communicate regularly with third parties and clients, providing updates on claim progress
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
- Adhere to company processes and procedures in alignment with legislation
- **Location: Parramatta CBD **(2 days work from home after 6 weeks training period)
- **Hours**:Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (with flexible options)
- **Salary**:$65,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation
- **Contract**:Permanent Full Time

**To be successful in this role you will offer**:

- Previous motor or property claims experience - 1-2 years minimum
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Growth mindset and a can-do-attitude
