The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to provide a critical role within Corporate Services and Infrastructure.

**About the Business Unit**

**About the Role**

Reporting to the ICT Manager, the Data Migration Specialist will be responsible for the planning and execution of data migration across several digital transformational projects. This includes holding a position within the wider project team and contributing to key decision-making processes. The Data Migration Specialist will liaise with the technical team and any vendors to deliver projects according to plan and within budget. The Data Migration Specialist will also liaise with staff across the organisation and provide advice on the best approach for migration of data and documents in line with best practice and industry standards.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Understanding of the function and relevant legislation of Consumer Affairs Victoria is highly desirable.
- Previous data migration experience to Microsoft Dynamics CRM is essential.
- Experience in the following technologies:
Visual Studio

SQL Server Management Studio

Data Factory

Kingsway soft

Dynamics CRM

SharePoint
