Head of Product

We have recently partnered with a business with a unique offering, giving someone the chance to lead a new product vertical and a first for this organisation.

They need a Product leader who is experienced in building something spectacular from the ground up. You’ll need to know how to not only build the big picture vision, but understands the incremental steps that must be taken to get there. But more than anything, be obsessed with the user, how will they interact with the space, how will they be made to feel in the space, and how can you keep knocking done walls and building new things that constantly improve their life’s.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the leadership team on product design innovation, ideation, and overall business growth
- Immerse yourself fully into the world of their members. Understand user pain points, user needs and translate these into actionable insights for the broader team
- Set product principles to create alignment and scale a highly productive product culture
- Establish best practice research and data analysis processes to inform product direction
- Drive end-to-end feature development, from launch through to maintenance and monitoring
- Work directly with CEO and other business leaders, to pitch and promote products with key stakeholders and current/future investors
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop the company vision and strategy
- Lead and execute with a cross-functional team creating plans and processes that deliver incredible results
