Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Product responsible for the end-to-end product management process, from strategic planning and design management to buying, production, and critical path oversight.

Additionally, the role includes responsibility for comprehensive reporting, setting and monitoring KPIs, and establishing efficient systems and

processes across the entire product lifecycle. You will be responsible for a meticulously curated and commercially successful product range that aligns with customer needs, meets key performance indicators, maximizes revenue, and ensures high-quality products.

**To be successful**:

- Proven experience in a Head of Product role within the retail industry.
- Previous experience in a buying/planning position with a solid understanding of production flows, budgeting, forecasting, & planning.
- Extremely analytical with the ability to understand and implement data.
- Experience with a PLM system implementation.
- Solid understanding of processes, policies, compliance, & the product life cycle.
- Experienced in managing department P&L - finding and implementing cost saving initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of designers, merchandisers, and product managers to drive creativity and innovation.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay ahead of fashion trends and consumer preferences to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market. You are on the pulse managing new product offerings, trends and redesigns.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, buying & planning, distribution and retail to ensure seamless product launches and successful market placement.
- **Vendor Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
