We're on the hunt for a bold and visionary Head of Savings & Superannuation to lead the charge in shaping the future of everyday banking. You'll own the strategy, performance and delivery of savings and superannuation products, driving innovation, compliance and commercial success.

What you'll be doing
  • Crafting strategy – Build and execute a roadmap that delivers real value to customers.
  • Driving innovation – Lead agile squads to deliver enhancements that improve experience and efficiency.
  • Owning performance – Share P&L accountability, monitor financial outcomes and identify growth opportunities.
  • Leading people – Coach and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and curiosity.
  • Growing the business – Design acquisition and engagement strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments.
  • Staying sharp – Monitor market trends and regulatory shifts to keep offerings relevant and compliant.
  • Managing superannuation – Oversee operations, vendor relationships and trustee engagement with precision and care.
What you'll bring
  • Deep experience in product management, strategy or digital banking.
  • Deep understanding of savings products and regulations.
  • Proven leadership in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing vendors and navigating APRA/ASIC frameworks.
  • Passion for customer experience and delivering real outcomes.
