**Job Description**:
**Advance your Career and Explore Regional WA at the same time**
A Team Leader opportunity has become available within our Regional WA Team, this role will see you coaching and mentoring a team of Rehabilitation Consultants and Case Managing clients from Regional WA.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Allied Health Professional looking to take the next step in their career within a Leadership capacity and to combine travel within their role.

**What your day will look like**:

- Case Management - using your Allied Health skills to develop Rehabilitation plans to get injured workers to return to health and employment
- Travel to Regional WA as required to meet with clients and key stakeholders - approximately every fortnight
- Lead and Mentor junior staff members and nurture their development within the team
- Oversee and drive team performance to achieve team goals
- Provide coaching and mentoring on case management practices to develop team skills

**Qualifications**:
**Is this the opportunity you have been looking for?**
If so you will have Qualifications and registration in any of the following:

- Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology, Social Work or Rehab Counselling
- Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work
- At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation (highly regarded)
- Excellent ability to engage and communicate with various stakeholders
- Leadership abilities - experience leading, coaching and mentoring a team (highly desirable)
- Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business opportunities
