**A day in the life of a Team Leader**

Due to our continued growth in our**_ Perth_** team, an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader. You will provide leadership and direction to a team of Rehab Consultants whilst managing a caseload of your own. Reporting to the Business Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and coaching a team of consultants
- Mentoring and training junior staff members
- Overseeing the team's performance and quality
- Exploring new opportunities and growth areas
- Undertaking initial, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
- Identifying Return To Work barriers & strategies for clients across large customers
- Designing, implementing and monitoring RTW programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required.

**What you'll bring to the role**
- Qualifications and registration in **_Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling_**:

- At least 12 months experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
- A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory)
- A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees
- An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work
- A passion for mentoring and coaching
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service to large customers
- A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
