Reporting to the Business Area Manager for Acute Care Therapies (ACT) ANZ you will be managing our NSW North Territory. You will be responsible for the direction and management of all Critical Care, Cardiovascular and Cardiopulmonary capital and associated consumables sales and business development within the NSW North region. This includes market and competitive analysis and management of opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle including equipment trials, installation and install base management and follow up. There will be some regional travel in this role.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Implementation of the Getinge ACT Strategic Sales Plan across the NSW Northern region.
- Identify new market opportunities, drive growth and direct marketing operations.
- Directly manage client accounts. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
- Take direction from the National Sales Manager - Critical Care and implement pricing policies, strategies and terms and conditions, for high-profile customers and strategic partners.
- Provide clinical support and in-service education as required to support the product portfolio.
- Establishing and monitoring of annual Area Sales objectives, developing and executing plans to meet those objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing and other internal stakeholders to meet sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships in keeping with corporate revenue and profit growth goals.
- Operate and manage regional travel and activities within designated budgets and in the most appropriate manner consistent with corporate guidelines and policies.
- Execute go to market plans for new products. Identify, sign-up and close business with key partners and end users.
- Identify new high-growth markets for new products, develop strategic plan and business strategies for new products, identifying new revenue streams for
- existing product lines and lead annual market analysis by intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company and promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
- Collaboration with Operations and Finance, aim for accuracy of inventory planning and forecasting and general internal warehousing process compliance by commercial team members.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Strong knowledge in Sales related techniques.
- Very high level of knowledge in the areas of Critical Care, Cardiothoracic and clinical perfusion - desirable
- Bachelor’s Degree discipline i.e. Business or Science such as Nursing or related field.
- Proven Capital Sales record and the ability to meet Sales quotas.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
- High capable of motivating and influencing people with a strong impact and presence.
- Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners.
- Proven sales track record in a new product/new market environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
- Comfortable in various health care/medical settings and environments (i.e. hospitals, hospital theatres, Critical Care and Cath Lab facilities).
- High level of empathy and sensitivity to patients and staff in health and medical settings.
