Dermalogica Skin Bar is geared to today's consumer who's seeking a skin health system recommended by trained skin therapists providing them with the results they seek in the minimum amount of time by pin pointing the customer's main concerns and delivering solutions in an up-tempo, professional and well-educated manner.

Dermalogica currently has a Counter Manager position available at our new luxurious Chatswood David Jones location.

The Role - 30 hrs - 35 hrs p/w

Chinese or Mandarin speaking would be desirable.

As a motivated Counter Manager your primary role will be to represent Dermalogica as a Brand Ambassador. As a Counter Manager you will provide expert advice on skin health in the form of Dermalogica's customised Face Mapping Skin Analysis and coach consumers through their personalised skin care needs at the Dermalogica Skin Bar. You will be responsible for driving the success of the Skin Bar ensuring monthly targets are met and outstanding customer service is consistently delivered.

The Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in beauty therapy with an excellent knowledge of the skin care industry ideally with supervising experience and have exceptional retail skills & passionate about educating consumers about their skin. We seek a charismatic, results-oriented, self-motivated candidate with a proven track record of success.

  • Qualified Beauty Therapist (Minimum Cert IV)
  • Proven experience in beauty therapy and retail sales
