Early Start Australia (ESA) is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join our Chatswood clinic

As the Senior Administrator you play a pivotal role in the clinics success and are the first point of contact for the families in the community who utilise our services. You will also be responsible for:

- Reception duties
- Appointment scheduling for therapist/clinicians
- Handing accounts
- Managing caseloads of therapist productivity
- Data entry
- General support to clinicians/therapist/office

**What do you need to join?**
- Previous administration/customer service experience
- Outstanding communication skills,
- Maintain a high attention to detail,
- Genuine interest in the health sector,
- A proactive mindset and commitment to quality improvement.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Working with Children, National Police Check, NDIS worker screening and First Aid.

Our Chatswood clinic has been providing speech pathology and occupational therapy services to the Chatswood community since 2010. We provide our services to children and young people (12 months to 17 years) to support the development in their play, communication, self-care, and academic skills.
