**How will I help?**
As the leader of the Forecast Planning activity, you will be responsible for all forecasting monitoring, and staffing level analyses across a 300+ FTW operation whilst supporting scheduling and real-time functions.
You will own the operational governance of our Forecast Planning function and play a significant role in supporting KYC and other key functions to deliver business objectives through accurate and timely data, thorough planning, and sustainable execution of initiatives.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Owning the delivery of both the long term and short-term workload forecasting across multiple channels both Contact Centre & Operations (Inbound/Outbound/Back-office)
- Providing timely & consistent Workforce Forecast Planning reporting on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as required
- Optimising existing workforce through on-going and detailed analysis of Full time, Part Time, and Casual employee mixes
- Providing tracking and management information (incl. Commentary) to actual impacts experienced versus impacts forecasted
- Working with Real Time, Scheduling, Service Delivery, Change & Operations to manage rosters and data in Forecast to ensure efficiencies are maintained in real time

**What do I need?**
- Prior experience (3-5 years) in a Forecasting and Workforce Planning capacity, ideally in a Contact Centre (~300 seats)
- Experience and knowledge of Workforce Planning functions.
- Verint WFM experience is highly desirable.
- Stakeholder management interpersonal skills essential
- Strong understanding of Westpac compliance standards, processes, and policies
- Analytically minded with a keen eye for trends and behaviours within data sets
- Experience with outbound diallers and outbound/back office WFM will be looked upon favourably
