**The responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute SEO strategies that drive growth across local and national campaigns
- Conduct SEO audits to provide presentation quality analysis, insights and suggestions
- Work alongside the sales team to prepare and attend meetings where required
- Work closely with our digital marketing team to provide a multi-channel approach
- Ensure the SEO team are on track with deliverables and campaign plans
- Keyword research and technical implementation
- Manage content creation and distribution, outreach, and link acquisition
- Provide insights, reporting and recommendations
- Manage and grow the internal SEO team
- Evolve and help shape our overall SEO offering
- Share your SEO knowledge across the wider team

**To be considered you’ll have**:

- +3 years agency experience
- +2 years in a managerial / leadership role
- Exceptional communication skills with clients and internal team
- Immaculate organisational and project management skills
- A good understanding of the needs of marketing managers and business owners at the SME & Enterprise level
- Natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships that last
- Strong SEO experience across technical, onpage, and off page
- Experience using common SEO tools (SEMrush, AHrefs, Screaming Frog etc.)
- Experience working with different CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify etc.)
- Commitment to continually follow relevant SEO trends and Algorithm updates
- A proven track record of delivery and results

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
