Your Role:

As an SEO Team Leader, you'll inspire and empower a team of SEO Specialists to deliver industry-leading work across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll ensure campaign success, guide team development, and help shape the future of StudioHawk through strong leadership, smart strategy and a whole lot of passion.

Key Responsibilities:

Include but not limited to;

• SEO campaign oversight & quality control
• Mentoring, coaching & performance management
• Resource planning & team leadership
• Client relationships & retention
• Strategy delivery & problem solving
• Collaboration with internal departments
• Reporting & results tracking

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced SEO professional (3+ years) with proven leadership skills
• Experience managing SEO Campaigns in an agency is highly preferred
• Ability to deliver SEO services and manage a team simultaneously
• Passionate about digital marketing, with strong communication & project management skills
• Comfortable leading a team and holding them accountable
• A people-first leader who thrives on collaboration and growth
• Skilled with SEO tools like SEMrush, GA4, GSC, GTM
• Driven, detail-focused and never settles for "just okay"
• Loves sharing knowledge and helping others achieve their goals

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 (excluding superannuation).
