We are a fast growing, family owned business, that is seeking a highly positive, team player to join our Greater Logan office based in Shailer Park.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated **Scheduler/Rostering Officer** to take on an entry-level to low level experience, internal scheduling role. You will be joining the scheduling team to assist with the scheduling of services for our aged and disabled clients and our care workforce.
**About the Role**:
- Utilising our internal customer management software: Visualcare to create and roster shifts for clients and care workers.
- Frequently liaising with care staff and clients regarding rostered work.
- Maintaining care worker availability and keeping up to date records.
- Rotating on-call roster for after hours phone calls.

**Qualifications**:
**Preferred**
- Previous scheduling/rostering experience.
- Familiar with; or previously worked in the aged care/disability industry.
**Essential**
- Previous customer service experience.
- Criminal History Check certificate.
- High level of computer literacy and understanding of technology.
- Possess a 'can-do' positive attitude and works well in a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to problem solve and think quickly under pressure.
- An outgoing personality with high energy levels, good communication skills and personable telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
