**providers **in Australia.**What you’ll need**:

- As a Chef, you’ll take pride in your presentation, be knowledgeable in relation to nutrition and have a keen interest on the impact of dietary requirements on our aged residents.- You will have proven experience in safe food preparation, storage and delivery, a clear understanding of WHS, be confident in medium-high volume meal preparation and demonstrate the following:
- Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent skills from previous experience
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain if required
- Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of Australian food and beverage standards
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- Previous exposure to nutrition and dietary requirement for the aged is desirable but not essential. Supporting our clients in the best way possible is important to us. To be employed by Blue Care, you will be required to complete the free NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement and provide a copy of your certificate on completion._
